I pay minimum fees to my brokerage each year, allowing me to pass on those savings. Some agents pay as much as 55% of their commission to their brokerage and team!
Do you still provide the same level of service as a traditional agent?
Absolutely! With my flat-fee pricing model, you have control of the cost and level of service that best fits your needs. No matter which tier you choose, you'll receive the same expert guidance, market knowledge, and negotiation skills - at a lower cost than traditional, commission-based agents.
Will I really save money using your pricing model?
Yes! For example, let's say you're selling a $600,000 property. With a traditional agent charging 2.5%, you'd typically pay $15,000 in listing fees to the broker. With the basic package from my flat-fee model, you would save $7,500, or if you chose the premium package, you would save $5,000.
Do other agents work with flat-fee realtors?
Yes, other agents do work with flat-fee realtors. When working with me, agents will follow the standard processes and receive the compensation they’ve agreed upon with their own clients. The only difference is that, instead of a percentage, they will see a flat fee. This can actually work in the buyer's favor, as the seller typically saves money. If the seller were my client, they would most likely still be asked to pay 2.5% for the buyer's agent. It’s important for all parties to have clear agreements in place, which is why I ensure that the proper paperwork and processes are always followed.
