Unlike most traditional agents, I provide more hands-on service and high-impact marketing for less than a typical 2.5–3% commission. If you're not sure which service to choose, I'd love to get together so we can talk through your goals and choose the right approach for your home. And if you don’t see the exact combination you want, you can customize your package with à la carte add-ons. Whether you choose the Basic plan but want to include staging, or the Enhanced plan with drone photography, you can mix and match to fit your priorities, timeline, and budget.
